e-training workshops

E-training group™ offers workshops that can be customized to your workplace needs and delivered on-site or via e-learning formats. The following workshops can be delivered as 3 or 6 hour modules, depending upon the number of learning activities included and the amount of participant interaction.

• E-Learning in the Workplace
  
  Discover how the many varieties of e-learning can be used to provide new modes of workplace training and performance support. Learn how to develop and access web-based training resources. • Developing and Delivering Asynchronous E-Learning
  
  Online asynchronous (anytime-anyplace) is the most prevalent e-learning mode. Learn the essential features of an asynchrouous learning environment, techniques for encouraging learner participation, and how to facilitate online discussion forums.
  
  
• Developing and Delivering Synchronous E-Learning
  
  Synchronous (sametime-anyplace) or "live" e-learning, typically a lecture or workshop delivered over the web (aka Webinar, Virtual Classroom) provides a vehicle for two-way interaction between the instructor and participants and among participants. Learn the essential features of synchronous learning environments, presentation and facilitation techniques, and strategies for encouraging learner interaction.
  
  
• Instructional Design for E-Learning
  
  Learn the key steps of instructional design for e-learning including strageties for rapid prototyping. As well learn techniquies for developing meaningful learning activities and promoting student interaction.
  
  
• Evaluating E-Learning
  
  Learn how to prepare an evaluation plan, understand Kirkpartick's Four Levels of Evaluation, and apply measures for return on investment (ROI). Learn how to select and evaluate "off-the-shelf" e-learning.
